Does the report include how to handle a dog who won’t poop in the rain? It is not the rain as he (6 mo. Yorkie) will go out in the rain and pee in the rain but will not poop-he will hold it until the rain stops.
Maryann, that seems to be a universal problem with little dogs especially. Big dogs for some reason can usually handle it.
I’m sorry but I don’t have any quick, easy solution for that problem.
